Coachwork

The brief

Pell Street Garage came to us for campaign and website that would feel made by hand, and still work on every screen.

The plate

We drew Coachwork as a single engraved plate first. Every mark, page and screen was cut from it, so the system shares one line weight and one rhythm.

What changed

The client now briefs printers, signwriters and developers from the same plate. Nothing needs redrawing when it moves from paper to screen.
